Antique Haviland Feu De Four Limoges Numbered Covered Casserole Dish with cobalt blue and gold trim. Beautiful piece from the 1890 - 1910 in excellent condition. This is a very RARE piece of porcelain. Both the cover and dish are marked and numbered. Measures 14 by 8"W by 3" high.
If you look closely you will also see much of the pattern is under the glaze. Imagine these pieces were painted with beautiful leaves or flowers, glazed, fired and painted again. Very tedious and expensive.
